My role isn't to fix you or tell you who to become. It's to create a calm, compassionate space where you can explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and allow meaningful change to unfold at your own pace.

For me, becoming isn't about perfection or having everything figured out. It's about feeling more connected to yourself, living with greater intention, and creating a life that feels aligned with what matters most to you.

A gentle, collaborative approach that combines conversation with hypnotherapy to help you explore unconscious patterns, build self-understanding and support meaningful change.

A complementary offering designed to support relaxation, restoration and emotional wellbeing.
