My approach

For me, therapy isn't about offering quick solutions.

It's about creating a space where you can slow down, listen to yourself more deeply and understand the patterns that have shaped your experiences. From that understanding, meaningful change becomes possible.

Every session is collaborative and tailored to you. Some sessions may involve conversation, others guided relaxation and hypnosis, and often a combination of both. We move at a pace that feels safe, respectful and supportive of your individual journey.
